Pick up your coupons and/or rucks and head to the stairs.
20 minute AMRAP:
- 20 BBS w/coupon (OYO)
- Head up the stairs using every second step (aka lunge)
- At top, drop weight and run to yield sign and back
- Note: Kraut wins the award for never taking off his ruck
- Bring weight back down the stairs
After AMRAP, we huddled at the top of the stairs for:
- 5 squats with overhead press (IC)
- Hold coupon / ruck overhead while in squat position.
- Q counts to 5.
- Pax finish squat then does 5 overhead presses with coupon / ruck.
