THE THANG
I shared a story on how the upcoming beatdown was directed by my 2.0. It was a basic Pearl on a String exercise running around the GRCC campus for a little over 1.5 miles. Along the way we did various pain stations consisting of SSH, Mountain Climbers, BBS and burpees. We did reps of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 throughout the run. To add a little flavor to the beatdown we stopped at the track. One person would do 5 prison burpees while the others held people’s chair, making sure to rotate into the fun. For the final round of 10 exercises, each PAX was allowed to make their own variation of each exercise.
