YHC asked each Pax to name an exercise, some with coupons and some without, then I made the following routine:
10 Tricep Extensions
After each round pax ran a lap of the parking lot
Anastasia informed us he needed to leave at 6, so at 5:55 we paused for AMRAP burpees, with verbal gratitude to him.
After Anastasia left, two more rounds of the routine OYO and then one round IC.
