The Thang
The pax started at the sled at your own risk sign at the bottom of the hill and ran to the tree at the left side of the sledding hill where they did 2 twizzlers, they then ran up the hill just over the hump on the left side of the hill and did 2 jump squats. They then ran up to the top of the hill at the sled at your own risk sign and did 2 burpees. They then sledded down to a cone at the bottom of the hill and did 2 catalina wine mixers. They then ran back over to the sled at your own risk sign at the bottom of the hill and did 2 blockees. The pax repeated this routine doing 4, 6, 8, 10, and 13 of each exercise the following times around. The pax did 43 of each exercise in total equaling Less’ new age.
