-10 count stretch to the toes

-spread the legs 10 count stretches to the left right and middle

-10 count standing groin stretch

-trunk twists

-20 side straddle hops in cadence

The Thang

-The Pax moseyed one lap around the parking lot and did 10 Catalina wine mixer’s in cadence.

-They then moseyed 1 1/2 laps around the parking lot and did 15 log rollers in cadence and 10 Catalina wine mixer’s in cadence

-they then moseyed two laps around the parking lot and did 20 American hammers in cadence 15 log rollers in cadence and 10 Catalina wine mixer‘s in cadence

-they then moseyed 2 1/2 laps around the parking lot and did 25 flutter kicks in cadence 20 American hammers in cadence 15 log rollers in cadence and 10 Catalina wine mixer‘s in cadence

-they then moseyed three laps around the parking lot and did 30 big boy sit ups 25 flutter kicks in cadence 20 American hammers in cadence 15 log rollers in cadence and 10 Catalina wine mixer‘s in cadence

-they then moseyed 3 1/2 laps around the parking lot and did 35 super mans and 75 big boy sit ups
