Backblast # 850 A Hill, Coupons, and Teamwork

Pre-Blast: I have the Q tomorrow morning at The Zoo. A hill, coupons, and some teamwork will be involved. Please HC below and bring your coupons.

Warm-O-Rama

-10 count stretch to the toes

-Spread the legs, 10 count stretch to the left and right

-10 side straddle hops in cadence

The Thang

-The pax then moseyed to the hidden hill

-This was a beat down where the pax would mosey to the top of the hill by the electrical box and back down and then do a circle of doom with different exercises each time.  On the mosey up the hill if any of the pax had to stop running, the rest of the pax would have to go back to the pax, and everyone would do 5 burpees and continue up the hill.  The only burpee that were done were on the 4th/last trip up the hill.  The circle of dooms went as follows:

  1. Circle of Merkin-100
  2. Circle of Coupon Curls-75
  3. Circle of Overhead Coupon Presses-136
  4. Circle of Air Squats-30

The pax finished by carrying the coupon overhead all the way back to the AO.  Anytime a pax would need to sit the coupon down everyone would do burpees.  The first time this happened it was 2 burpees and then each time thereafter a burpee was added.  The last set of burpees was 6.
