THE THANG
Today we did a basic ladder of exercises. In the parking lot we had the four corners set aside of different exercises. Reps for each exercise started as 12 going down by 2 each round. Once we hit two reps, we went back up to 12 reps. We moseyed between each station (90 yards on the long side and 30 yards on the short side). The exercises were Carolina Dry Docks, SSH (4 ct), Squats (4 ct), and Flutter clicks (4 ct). There was a lot of mumble chatter, as there was a random pineapple next to one of the stations. Chubbs provided education on the various references in regards to the pineapple (ask him for more info 😉).
