The Thang
Today’s beatdown was a revision to a 2020 beatdown that YHC led at The Track. The workout can be thought of like an old wagon wheel with a rim, a hub, and spokes. There are six station around the outside of the AO, and one station at the center. Each station has a coupon exercise option and a non-coupon exercise option, as well as a number of reps for each.

Pax were informed that they had to take a coupon to half of the stations, but they could choose which stations. After completing the exercises, they were instructed to come back to the hub at the center to do cardio until everyone was done. At that point they would run back out along the “spokes” to the next station, with out without their coupon.

The above process was planned to continue for 4 “Rounds”
