Warm-O-Rama

-10 count stretch to the toes

-Spread the legs, 10 count stretch to the right, left, and middle

-10 count standing groin stretch

-Motivators from 8 to 1

-Team merkins from 1 to 6

The Thang

-There were five cones set up in a line.  Each cone was about 15 yards from the previous one.  From the first to the last cone it was about 60 yards.

-For the first exercise the pax started at the first cone and bear crawled to the next cone and did one merkin.  They then bear crawled to the next cone and did 2 merkins.  They continued this until they got to 10 merkins.  The set of 10 happened when they had been down and back and half way down again.  At that point they bear crawled through the end.

-The pax then did an indian run around the parking lot.

-For the second exercise the pax started at the first cone and crab walked to the next cone and did one prison burpee.  They then crab walked to the next cone and did 2 prison burpees.  They continued this until they got to 8 prison burpees.  The set of 8 happened when they had been down and back.

-The pax then did an indian run around the parking lot.

-For the third exercise the pax started at the first cone and bear crawled to the next cone and did motivators from 5 to 1.  They then bear crawled to the next cone and did motivators from 5 to 1.  They did this until they got down and back.  This was a total of 7 sets of motivators from 5 to 1.

-The pax then did an indian run around the parking lot.

-For the fourth exercise the pax started at the first cone and crab walked with feet forward to the next cone and did 4 twizzlers.  They then crab walked with feet forward to the next cone and did 5 twizzlers.  They did this one time down finishing with 7 twizzlers.

-The pax then did 50 burpees broken up into sets of 25, 15, and 10.
