Mosey to the “Other” Stairs by the Van Andel Institute
THE THANG
Starting at the bottom of the stairs everyone partnered up and we completed a time based DORA. Person one would run to the top of the stairs and return while person 2 did AMRAP of exercises. Exercises included squats, mountain climbers, dips and flutter kicks. After about 30 minutes of that we ran back to the AO.
