YHC divided the pax up into two teams of three, and explained the workout to them:
The workout is a routine where there is one pax at the top of the hill and one at the bottom of the hill. The other pax is running either up or down the hill to rotate with the others. The pacing exercise is at the bottoms of the hill, where the teams were told to do Motivators from 50. Pax rotate through the motivator station while the others are either at the top or running between the stations.
Top exercises were based on the first number of the motivators:
5: Burpees
4: Squats
3: BBS
2: Merkins
1: Flutter Kicks
0: Burpees
The leading team only made it to 32, and then everyone moseyed back to the AO
