Warm-O-Rama

-10 counts stretch down to the toes, right over left, and left over right

-10 count sitting groin stretch

-10 count calf stretch each leg

-10 side straddle hops in cadence

-10 squats

The Thang

-The pax moseyed to the bottom of the hill.  The workout them consisted of exercises at the bottom, running to the top and doing another exercise, and then running back down and repeating the process.

-The exercises went as follows:

Bottom-20 calf raises

Top-20 coupon squats

Bottom-15 backwards lunges (both legs equals 1)

Top-15 squat thrusters

Bottom-10 forward lunges (both legs equals 1)

Top-10 burpee coupon jump overs

-repeated this sequence 3 times

Mary

-Circle of doom with squats.  Everyone hold Al Gore until it is their turn for their squat.  Made it to 52 squats

-30 American Hammers in cadence

-30 Big Boy Sit-ups

-10 burpees
