-The pax moseyed to the bottom of the hill. The workout them consisted of exercises at the bottom, running to the top and doing another exercise, and then running back down and repeating the process.
-The exercises went as follows:
Bottom-20 calf raises
Top-20 coupon squats
Bottom-15 backwards lunges (both legs equals 1)
Top-15 squat thrusters
Bottom-10 forward lunges (both legs equals 1)
Top-10 burpee coupon jump overs
-repeated this sequence 3 times
