- Alternating Shoulder Taps (4ct)
- Travoltas (Side Plank – arm resided then lowers and reaches underneath and behind your body)
Pax then did a mosey around the parking lot
- Twinkle Toes (calf raises while in Al Gore Squat)
- Underdog (Pull ups from under a swing)
- E2k (Oblique Crunch with one ankle over the knee) – (4ct)
- Squat
- Derkin
- American Hammer (4ct)
- Yurppe (On the bottom, Merkin is a hand clap and the Up is Two Tuck Jumps instead of a hand clap jump)
