All exercises are 12 reps

  • Flying Nun (walking Lunges with Arm Circles)
  • Alternating Shoulder Taps (4ct)
  • Travoltas (Side Plank – arm resided then lowers and reaches underneath and behind your body)

Pax then did a mosey around the parking lot

  • Twinkle Toes (calf raises while in Al Gore Squat)
  • Underdog (Pull ups from under a swing)
  • E2k (Oblique Crunch with one ankle over the knee) – (4ct)
  • Squat
  • Derkin
  • American Hammer (4ct)
  • Yurppe (On the bottom, Merkin is a hand clap and the Up is Two Tuck Jumps instead of a hand clap jump)
