Warm-O-Rama

-10 count various stretching

-Motivators from 5

-15 count Booby Hurley, which YHC suggested renaming the Izzo for F3 GR.  (Although every time a Spartan defender slaps the court I feel like an opponent score is imminent)

The Thang

-5 cones set up roughly 200 feet apart end to end

-the pax did the money drill down and back (basketball slide shuffle)

-the pax then did a standard suicide run

-the pax then did a suicide run with a burpee at each cone and the end line

-the pax then did a Wilt Chamberlin.  100 LBCs, sprint to the far end.  100 Squats, sprint back.  100 Flutter Kicks, sprint to the far end.  100 Lunges, sprint back.  This was repeated as a “half a wilt” with the rep count set to 50.

-the pax then did a suicide run with 3 burpees at each cone and end line and an extra 3 burpees for a total of 27 to pass Humpty Dumptys 25 count at his last Q.
