YHC had previous laid out some coupons around the trail at Ideal Park. The Pax worked as a team to move around the park, with two pax working at each station and one pax doing a cardio exercise.
Station 1 – the stone pillars
Pax 1 does 10 dips with a 20lbs sandbag
Pax 2 does 10 dips slick
Pax 3 does SSH until 1 and 2 are done
Station 2 – stairs in front of the love shack
Pax 1 does 10 step ups with a 45lbs ruck
Pax 2 does 10 step ups slick
Pax 3 does SSH until 1 and 2 are done
Station 3 – the old pavilion
Pax 1 and 2 do 10 BBS with a 30lbs weight, passing the weight between them
Pax 3 does SSH until 1 and 2 are done
Station 4 – the playground
Pax 1 and 2 do 10 pull ups
Pax 3 does sledge hammer swings until 1 and 2 are done
Station 5 – the new pavilion
Pax 1 does 5 sandbag lifts with a 80lbs sandbag
Pax 2 does 5 sandbag lifts with a 60lbs sandbag
Pax 3 does SSH until pax 1 and 2 are done
Station 6 – the parking lot
All pax do 10 coupon curl to OH press
Rinse and repeat, adding one rep per round for each pax not wearing green
