– Arm Circles
– Flapjack
– Mountain Climbers

The Thang:
4 exercises 25 Reps each
Legs on one side Upper body on the other.
– Squat
– Lunge
– Calf Raises
– Bleacher Jump (box jump)

Mosey to the other side
– Overhead Press
– Coupon Extensions
– Merkins
– Coupon Press

Rinse and Repeat x 4

4 Exercises 25 Reps of Each
– Starfish Crunch
– Feet to Heaven

We had an FNG that was getting back at it…he may even of had some Merlot …ended up cutting the reps in half to complete the workout for the last 2 sets. Modify as needed and Leave No Man Behind
