10 Squats

Forrest said his finger was still in pain so he couldn’t do Merkins. As suck, YHC decided it would be all legs and abs.

The Thang:
Mosey through downtown Holland, stopping for some step up and box jump pain stations. About half way through, YHC told the pax to start an indigenous people’s run. After ~2 blocks I advised that the pax running from the back to the front needed to complete 1 squat before running to the front, and that the number of squats would go up by 1 for each street we crossed. Proceeded downtown to the farmer’s market then back to the 9th st. parking garage. Squat count was at 6 when we arrived at the garage.

Go to the middle of the three level garage and do stair case races.  I pax does AMRAP exercises called by the Q in the garage, the other two pax race the stairs, one going up and one going down. First pax back to the middle level gets to rotate to the AMRAP station, loser has to keep running.

After a few rounds of this, we switched to just doing stairs in different ways, and then kept the indigenous people’s squat run going, until we were back at the AO with the count at 13
