The Thang
-The pax ran around the loop until they got to the bottom of Mount Ralphie and then went back up Mount Ralphie and back around the loop again and back to the AO. Along the way they did several sets of 20 squats. Back at the AO they did a set of 10 squats where they held at the bottom of the squat for a ten count on each rep.
