Warm-O-Rama

-10 count stretch to the toes, right over left, and left over right

-10 count standing groin stretch

-10 overhead claps in cadence into 10 seal claps in cadence

-10 merkins

The Thang

-This was a 3 man Dora.  Two pax were about 25 yards away from each other while the 3rd pax moved between the two.  The plan was to have the movement be a seal walk where the pax had their feet on a frisbee and walked along with their arms.  However, this didn’t quite work as the frisbee stuck to the grass, so the Q modified his workout to include bear crawls instead.  The pax at the start was doing exercises while the third pax bear crawled to the second pax who was doing side straddle hops.  They then switched, and the other pax bear crawled back to the pax doing exercises.  They then switched and so forth.  The goal was for the team to complete 400 coupon curls, 300 coupon overhead presses, 200 kettlebell swings, and 100 burpees.  Neither team quite finished, but both teams made it to somewhere in the middle of the burpees.
