Warm-O-Rama

-10 count stretch to the toes

-Spread the legs and 10 count stretch to the right, left, and middle

-10 Willie Mays Hayes in cadence

-10 slow squats in cadence

The Thang

-The pax would run a little ways down the hill and then come back up the hill to the AO and do exercises each time.  Each additional time down the hill the pax would go a little further.  On the last time down the hill, the pax made it all the way to the bottom.

The exercises when the pax got back to the AO each time went as follows in order:

1st time: 4 Blockees

2nd time: 8 lunges each leg, 4 blockees

3rd time: 12 coupon squats, 8 lunges each leg, 4 blockees

4th time: 16 one leg calf raises each leg, 12 coupons squats, 8 lunges each leg, 4 blockees

5th time: 20 straight legged coupon dead lifts while standing on the bench, 16 one leg calf raises each leg, 12 coupons squats, 8 lunges each leg, 4 blockees

6th time: 24 air squats, 20 straight legged coupon dead lifts while standing on the bench, 16 one leg calf raises each leg, 12 coupons squats, 8 lunges each leg, 4 blockees
