The original plan was to ruck back and forth to the church with exercises at each end.  Heavy rain made us change plans on the fly.

The Thang

Each pax took a turn leading an exercise in cadence.  Between each exercise, the group carried their weights for a lap or two around the bathrooms.  We did 13 exercises and 20 laps.
