The Thang:

Use the hill for extra fun for the Quarter Pounder.

  • 25 yards; 25 merkins; backwards run
  • 50 yards; 50 squats: backwards run
  • 75 yards; 75 plank jacks; backwards run
  • 100 yards; 100 SSH; backwards run

The Q hid a 40# and 60# sandbag at the top of the hill for the Lazy Dora.
