The Thang: 8 stations spaced approximately 30-40 yards apart along the path.

station 1: alternating coupon exercises

station 2: squats x 20

station 3: BBS x 20

station 4: merkins x 20

station 5: jump squats x 20

station 6: LBC (4ct) x 20

station 7: burpees x 10

station 8: plank jack merkins x 10
