Hank the Tank renamed himself – Hank “The Burpee” Tank once Less threw out a burpee challenge for the month of May. I promised that if he HC’d to the workout, he wouldn’t be disappointed.

Tabata Burps – 10 burpees (more or less; depending on PAX); Every minute on the minute; For 10 minutes.

Follow Me – Up the stairs to the Belknap Overlook

Tabata Abs – 10 side crunches (more or less; depending on PAX); Every minute on the minute rotating sides; For 10 minutes.

Follow Me – Back to the stairs; down the stairs; and then back up the stairs; then to the AO.
