Warm-O-Rama

-10 count rubber band stretch to the toes, right over left, left over right

-10 count standing groin stretch

-10 count calf stretch each leg

The Thang

-The pax moseyed almost to Millennium Park and back and did exercises along the way.  The exercises went as follows:

1. 20 Catalina wine mixers in cadence

2. 1 minute 15 second chillcut plank

3. 25 logrollers in cadence

4. 30 flutter kicks in cadence

5. 35 American hammers in cadence

6. 40 big boy sit ups

7. 35 American Hammers in cadence

8. 30 flutter kicks in cadence

9. 25 log rollers in cadence

10. 1 minute 15 second chillcut plank

11. 20 Catalina wine mixers in cadence
