The Thang
-This workout was a series of races and competition between the pax. There were prizes of Burpees for the winners and penalties of Burpees for the losers. Although for some competitions or races there was just participation trophies. I can’t quite remember the order of everything but we did the following races and competitions.
1. 60 yard bear crawl
2. 60 yard backward crab walk
3. merkin contest
4. 40 yard crawl bear
5. Murder bunnies all the way around the cones. 40X25x40x25
6. Holding coupon at half curl contest
7. 40 yard forward crab walk
8. 40 yard backward murder bunnies
9. 40 yard bear crawl
10. 40 yard crab walk
11. 40 yard bear crawl while dragging coupons
-the pax each did about 80 burpees in total
-between races and competitions the pax also did an Indian run around the parking lot
