Warm up:  Various Stretching at AO

The Thang:

6 stations were awaiting the Pax at mini Mount Ralphie.  The trail head to the north of the sledding hill covering .35 miles from base to station 6.

Station  1 – 10 Burpees

Station 2 – 20 BBS

Station 3 – 30 Merkins

Station 4 – 40 Lunges

Station 5 – 50 Pretzel Crunches

Station 6 – 60 Squats

The Pax ladder climbed to the top.  Station 1 to 2 then back to 1.  Station 1 to 3 then back to 1 stopping at 2…so on and so forth.

Total miles ended just under 2.5 with 60 burpees to add for each Pax to the burpee challenge.
