-The pax moseyed halfway down the hill and did 20 merkins. They then ran backwards back to the AO and did 20 straight legged deadlifts from on top of the cement barrier at the parking lot.
-The pax then moseyed three quarters way down the hill and did 20 merkins. They then ran back to the AO and did 20 straight legged deadlifts from on top of the cement barrier at the parking lot.

-The pax finished by doing sets of 10 burpees EMOM for four minutes. However, it was Bobby Flay’s 42nd Birthday, so we all did an extra 2 on the last set to make it 42 burpees.
