Pre-Blast: 1,000 Rep Challenge at the zoo tomorrow! 10 exercises, 100 reps, 100 yard sprint as your recovery. Sounds like the perfect way to start the weekend! Bring your coupons! For those training for upcoming CSAUP events or if you just want some extra work, I have a nice little 3 mile route ready to go for a 0615 pre run. Please reply with xx/xx (ex. HC/HC or out/HC)

The Q was told this Thang was called the Millennium Falcon, after an unreasonably long search…that doesn’t exist!  But something called the Millennial does and since Star Wars is AWESOME we were going to rebrand it…

The exercises were as follows:

SSH, Lunges, Coupon Curls, Flutter Kicks, Squats (w/ coupon for xc), Overhead Press w/ coupon, Pretzel Crunch, Mountain Climber, Cut-a-flip, Burpee.

The first Pax to to reach 100 reps OYO called out a favorite Star Wars quote or reference.  The group then picked up the six at their rep count IC and ensured all Pax got their 100 reps in.

After the exercise was completed 100 yards of recovery mosey were completed.
