Warm-O-Rama

-10 count stretch to the toes, right over left, left over right

-10 count standing groin stretch

-10 count calf stretch each leg

-10 slow squats

The Thang

-The pax moseyed along the trail to Millennium Park and back doing exercises along the way.  They also diverted from the trail on the way out and the way back to climb the frisbee golf hill.  The exercises were as follows:

1. 25 squats

2. 25 mountain climbers in cadence

3. 25 squats

4. 25 mountain climbers in cadence

5. 25 squats

6. 25 mountain climbers in cadence
