The Thang

Our beatdown was a you vs you timed challenge.  It consisted of a 5 minute run followed by one minute of AMRAP core exercises.  Each PAX pushed himself at his own pace.  We repeated this cycle six times for a total of 30 minutes of running and six minutes of core exercises.
