Warm-O-Rama

-10 count stretch to the toes

-Spread the legs 10 count stretch to the left, right, middle

-10 count standing groin stretch

-10 count calf stretch each leg

-10 mountain climbers in cadence

-10 Merkins

-10 side straddle hops in cadence

The Thang

-This workout consisted of doing an Indian run around the small part of the field followed by an exercise each time.  The exercises were as follows:

  1. 20 side to side coupon merkins
  2. 30 big boy sit-ups
  3. 40 coupon curls
  4. 20 Catalina wine mixers in cadence
  5. 30 overhead coupon presses
  6. 40 flutter kicks in cadence 
  7. 20 forward coupon shoulder raises
  8. 30 American Hammers in cadence 
  9. 40 bent over coupon rows
  10. 20 legs to the sky in cadence 
  11. 30 upright coupon rows
  12. 40 Superman’s-single count 
  13. 20 burpees
  14. 30 scissors in cadence 
  15. 40 overhead claps in cadence
