Warm-O-Rama

-10 rubber band stretches to the toes, right over left, and left over right

-10 Willie Mays Hayes in cadence

-10 merkins

The Thang

-the pax would run down the hill and rotate each time coming back up by running forwards or backwards.  Each time down the pax would go a little further until the last time down they went all the way to the bottom of the hill.  In total the pax went up 3 times forwards and 3 times backwards.  Each time they got back to the top of the hill they would do exercises.  The exercises were as follows:

1. 5 burpees

2. 10 merkins, 5 burpees

3. 15 overhead coupon presses, 10 merkins, 5 burpees

4. 20 coupon curls, 15 overhead coupon presses, 10 merkins, 5 burpees

5. 25 overhead claps in cadence, 20 coupon curls, 15 overhead coupon presses, 10 merkins, 5 burpees

6. 30 bent over coupon rows, 25 overhead claps in cadence, 20 coupon curls, 15 overhead coupon presses, 10 merkins, 5 burpees
