Warmup: cherry pickers, arm circles, static stretches

The Thang: pax proceeded from the AO through each station in order incrementing at each station by 2 reps starting at 2 reps at station 1. At station 10, pax completed 20 reps and the proceeded back down the ladder in reverse fashion back to the AO.

round 1: coupon curls

round 2: squats

round 3: flutter kicks (4 ct)

round 4: coupon tricep extensions

Mary: burpees at cones 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 performing incrementing burpees by 1 starting with 1 rep.
