It is my 40th birthday tomorrow, so I had the PAX help me count to 40. First, we did an 11 with exercises of 4 ct. squats, and BBS, running 25 yards in between. Second, we did another 11 with exercises of Merkins and 4 ct. American Hammers, running 25 yards was continued. Third, we did another 11 with exercises of Chilcutt planks (holding for time) and Superman’s, running 25 yards was continued. Lastly to make it to a round 40, we completed a 7. Same as an 11, however only totaling seven reps between both stations. The exercises were Prison yard burpees and upside-down T’s (4 ct. Hello Dolly, followed by 4 ct. Flutter kicks), still running 25 yards between the exercises.
