Pre-Blast: I have the Q tomorrow morning at Johnson Park. Thanks to Chubbs scouting the trails I know that they are mostly melted on the way to Millennium Park, so we will be back on the trails doing some exercises along the way with a focus on legs. Please HC below

Warm-O-Rama

-10 count stretch to the toes, right over left and left over right

-10 count standing groin stretch

-20 side straddle hops in cadence

The Thang

-The pax moseyed along the trail to Millennium Park and back doing squat jumps along the way.  The jump squats went as follows at each stop:

1. 2 jump squats

2. 6 jump squats

3. 10 jump squats

4. 14 jump squats

5. 18 jump squats

6. 22 jump squats

7. 26 jump squats

8. 30 jump squats

9. 40 jump squats
