-10 rubber band stretches to the toes in cadence

-20 side straddle hops in cadence
-10 slow merkins in cadence

-Set up a four corner course. The sides were 60 yards and the ends were 20 yards.
-The pax started along the 60 yard side by carrying the coupons overhead to the first cone at which point they did 10 merkins. They then did murder bunnies along the 20 yard end to the second cone and did 10 kettle bell swings. They then did an overhead carry with the coupon along the 60 yard side to the third cone and did 10 overhead coupon presses. They then did murder bunnies along the 20 yard end to the final cone and did 10 bent over coupons rows.
-The pax repeated this progression around the rectangle adding 2 reps to the exercise each time around until they got to 20 and then subtract 2 each time around until they got back down to 10. The total goal was 11 times around the rectangle and a total of 160 reps of each exercise. However, as expected, being that this wasn’t the first time I have done this workout, nobody was able to finish. The furthest anyone got was to finish the round of 18 on the way back down.
