5 on 5 EMOM Burpees. YHC laid out the plan. PAX will perform 5 Burpees Ever 5 minutes and then move into the exercises. If they are on the lap they finish the lap and perform the burpees. There is a 10sec rest built in, but you must be at the AO to use it. Work out is OYO. - Merkins x 10 - Dips x 10 - Squats x 10 - Calf Raises x 10 - Lap around the parking Lot (Rinse and Repeat x 2) During the 5 Minute counter PAX were able to complete 2 sets of exercise. After PAX were able to complete 2 sets we dropped one rep. - Merkins x 9 - Dips x 9 - Squats x 9 - Calf Raises x 9 - Lap around the parking Lot (Rinse and Repeat x 2) 5 of 5 Burpees - Merkins x 8 - Dips x 8 - Squats x 8 - Calf Raises x 8 - Lap around the parking Lot (Rinse and Repeat x 2) 5 of 5 Burpees PAX were approaching another Burpee timer and YHC switched over to Core work. - LBC x 10 (4ct) - BBS x 10 - Flutter Kicks x 10 (4ct) - Star Fish Crunch x 10 (4ct) - Lap around the parking Lot (Rinse and Repeat x 2) 5 of 5 Burpees PAX continued to keep the 5 Burpee every 5 minutes through the core work as well. - LBC x 9 (4ct) - BBS x 9 - Flutter Kicks x 9 (4ct) - Star Fish Crunch x 9 (4ct) - Lap around the parking Lot (Rinse and Repeat x 2) 5 of 5 Burpees - LBC x 8 (4ct) - BBS x 8 - Flutter Kicks x 8 (4ct) - Star Fish Crunch x 8 (4ct) - Lap around the parking Lot (Rinse and Repeat x 2) 5 of 5 Burpees PAX Came back for one last round - Merkins x 9 - Dips x 9 - Squats x 9 - Calf Raises x 9 Thats a wrap.
