5 on 5 EMOM Burpees. YHC laid out the plan.
PAX will perform 5 Burpees Ever 5 minutes and then move into the exercises. If they are on the lap they finish the lap and perform the burpees. There is a 10sec rest built in, but you must be at the AO to use it. Work out is OYO.

During the 5 Minute counter PAX were able to complete 2 sets of exercise. After PAX were able to complete 2 sets we dropped one rep.
