Pax would run the trail with 4 pain stations along the way to stop and exercise. Pain station #1 front pavilion, pain station #2 back pavilion, pain station #3 the love shack, pain station #4 parking lot.
At each station pax would perform same exercise and rep count for the entire lap. First lap was 7 reps, second 14, third 21 and so on
Exercises were:
7 - burpees
14 - coupon curls
21 - BBS
28 - 4ct flutter kick with OH coupon hold
35 - squats
