-10 Count stretch to the toes, right over left, left over right
-50 side straddle hops in cadence
-10 count standing groin stretch
-the pax moseyed around the parking lot and then did 5 flutter kicks in cadence with the coupon held overhead. They repeated this process adding 5 flutter kicks each time around until they got to 50 flutter kicks.
-they then moseyed another lap and did a ladder from 1 to 10 of big boy sit-ups and American hammers in cadence. 1 big boy sit-up and 1 American hammer in cadence, 2 big boy sit-ups and 2 American hammers in cadence, etc.
-they then moseyed another lap and did a 1 minute chillcut plank.
