Mosey to parking structure (Carioca, high knee, butt kickers, skipping)
PAX started out at the bottom of the parking structure. The buy in was 2 prison/Navy SEAL burpees. PAX then run up to the floor of their choice. Depending on what floor you chose, you would do a different number of Tyson merkins. First level (16), second level (12), third level (8), and top level (4); then run back down to the bottom to do it again. AMRAP for 40 minutes.
