-the pax started in the middle and carried the coupon overhead to the one corner of the parking lot and did 10 overhead coupon presses. They then overhead carried the coupon back to the middle and did 6 alternating coupon merkins. They then overhead carried the coupon to the second corner and did 10 bent over coupon rows. They then overhead carried the coupon back to the middle and did 6 alternating coupon merkins.They then overhead carried the coupon to the third corner and did 10 decline merkins. They then overhead carried the coupon back to the middle and did 6 alternating coupon merkins. They then overhead carried the coupon to the final corner and did 10 upright coupon rows.They then overhead carried the coupon back to the middle and did 6 alternating coupon merkins.
-the pax repeated this process adding 5 reps to the corners exercises each time around. They made it half way through the round of 20.
