While searching for a workout plan the QIC stumbled across a 30 day workout plan to get your "Summer Bod" ready. Yes it is the end of summer but we are F3 GR so let's just fast forward to the very last day and add spice!
The workout called for:
25 Min Mosey
20 Burpees
25 Jackknife Sit-ups
25 Freddie Mercury's IC
70 Sec Plank
60 Sec Side Plank (Each Side)

The Pax then took off towards Mount Rebate with the original plan to do about 11 minutes out and 11 minutes back. Less came up with the idea that we might as well do the entire forest loop, so we did and made it back to the AO at 0605 to complete another round of:
