-10 count stretch to the toes, right over left, left over right -10 count standing groin stretch -10 count calf stretch each leg -10 count foot up to the hand stretch each leg
the thang
-the pax started in the middle of the parking lot and did motivators from 5 to 1. They then ran to one corner and did a core exercise. They then ran back to the middle of the parking lot and did motivators from 5 to 1. They then ran to the next corner and did another core exercise. They repeated this process until 6:15. The core exercises were as follows: 1. 25 American Hammers  2. 25 flutter kicks  3. 25 big boy sit-ups  4. 15 log rollers 5. 15 legs to to the sky 6. 25 Superman’s  7. 25 froggers 8. 1 minute leg raise 9. 1 minute low plank 10. 25 hello Dollie’s
