Blackblast #258 - “Candor” Sharing The Hard Truth

I am your Q tomorrow morning. We will keep this simple and run the trails and do some exercises along the way. Please HC below I failed to mention in the initial post that we will also discuss the topic, “Candor,” from the Q Source during this workout.
-10 Count stretch to the toes, right over left, left over right -10 count standing groin stretch -10 count calf stretch each leg
-the pax ran the loop behind the park starting on the end with the longer less steep hill. Along the way they stopped to do core exercises. The first time they stopped they did exercise number 1. The second time they stopped they did exercise number 2 and exercise number 1 and so forth. The exercises are as follows: 1. 30 second leg lift 2. 10 legs to the sky (4 count) 3. 15 Supermans (4 count) 4. 20 American hammers (4 count) 5. 25 flutter kicks (4 count)
