The initial plan was to mosey between the AO, Church and Basketball court, rotating between upper body, lower body and core exercises. 100 reps or until the first PAX called out DONE! Due to the crap weather we moseyed between the AO for Coupon exercise and used the covered area at the church for both lower and core. Exercises were as followed (100 rep count or until the first PAX called DONE) Coupon Curls Flutter Kicks (4ct) Full Extension Calf Raises Coupon OH Press 4ct Step Ups LBCs (4ct) Total Mosey distance, just under 2 miles.

Time was running short for another full rotation so we moseyed to the pavilion benches for 50 dips then back to the AO for 25 Coupon Tricep Extensions and 25 Bentover Rows.
