Blackblast #31 - No running cardio

Slowsy over to the covered pavillion by the Zoo entrance (walk 10 steps, lunge walk 5 steps) rinse and repeat.
We did a Tabata timed circuit workout, 45 seconds on 15 seconds off. 1st evolution (4 rounds): Burpees, Step-ups, Dips, Mountain Climbers, and American Hammers. 2nd evolution (3 rounds): Turkish get-ups (with 15 lb dumbbell), Merkins, SSH, Alternating shoulder taps, Flutter kicks. 3rd Evolution (3 rounds): Jump rope, BBS, Calf raises, Dirty hook-ups, Derkins. There was lots of mumble chatter during the beatdown. Kraut created a new form of the burpee. The Kraut burpee includes 2 claps of your hands and 1 clap of your feet.
12/2 - F2 event at Rebounderz, 12/9 - Christmas Holiday party, 12/10 - 2.0 F1 event, 12/11 - Lions football game. The beaches are safe -Hasselhoff
