Arm stretches over shoulders
Ran 1 lap around the track

THE THANG

Introduced bag of tricks with one die.

Exercises in bag included burpees,  big boys , lbc’s . Curls with coupons,  over head press and burpees and more burpees. Modifications were needed due to extra burpees.

Pax would pick a ticket out of the bag :school_satchel: and then roll the big die, and use math skills, run a 1/4 of the track . Then do the draw again. Rinse and Repeat.  Pax completed at least 8 or 9 of the task or tickets.
