The pax ran to Rosa Parks Circle and back stopping to do exercises along the way. At Rosa Parks Circle the pax did a seal crawl from one side of the ice to the other side. The rest of the exercises were as follows: 1. 15 squats 2. 15 slow squats 3. 15 slow squat jumps 4. 20 squats 5. 20 slow squats 6. 20 slow squat jumps 7. 25 squats 8. as an encore the pax stood in a horizontal line with their backs to McDonald’s and gave everyone inside a show by doing 25 monkey humpers
