-10 count stretch to the toes -spread the legs 10 count stretch to the left right and middle -10 count standing groin stretch -10 count calf stretch each leg
the thang
-there were 3 evolutions to this workout. -In the first evolution, the pax started at one end of the parking lot and ran to the other end and did 20 single count side straddle hops. The pax then ran back to the other end and did 2 four count mountain climbers. They continued this process reducing 2 side straddle hops each time and adding 2 mountain climbers each time until they got to 2 side straddle hops and 20 mountain climbers. -In the second evolution the pax started on one side of the parking lot and ran with the coupon to the other side of the parking lot and did 20 coupon curls. They then ran back to the other side and did 2 laying down tricep extensions. They continued this process reducing 2 coupon curls each time and adding 2 laying down tricep extensions each time until they got to 2 coupon curls and 20 laying down tricep extensions. -in the final evolution the pax started by doing 20 four count American hammers and then did 2 four count flutter kicks. They then reduced the American hammers by 2 each time and increased the flutter kicks by 2 each time. Due to time constraints, they made it to 12 American hammers and 10 flutter kicks.
